Book review

So I was sent a free copy of this book by the author in exchange for my honest review.
So here I am!

Seventeen years after being orphaned, Apryl Burns and her twin sister Courtney have their own expectations for life. While Courtney continues to shine at everything, Apryl holds fast to the mantra that as long as her potato chip stash remains intact, then she'll be fine.

 But when their beloved grandmother ends up injured and unable to manage her struggling antique store, Courtney makes it their mission to revamp the business and save what's left of their family's legacy. Despite rampant doubts in her abilities, Apryl finds herself trapped under the weight of family loyalty as they transition to a wedding venue decorating service. Soon shes forced to ask (translation: blackmail) their grandmother's renter/handyman, Chance McFarland, for help, an arrangement that is made even worse by the fact that Chance is her former (ahem, and current) crush.


Now, I don't exactly have words for it.
It was incredible! Her characters were super relatable, witty, sarcastic.
Basically what most people call me lol.
Well, the sarcastic part.
The story drew me into a whole other world I wish I was apart of. She describes everything in such a beautiful way!
I suggest checking this book out for a fun, quick, captivating read!
I cannot describe to you how this book made me feel, it was really awesome!
Plus, who wouldn't want a Chance? ;)

Losing someone you love

Now, many people have lost someone they love, I lost my grandpa right before Christmas.  I was devastated, but there wasn't anything I could do. My brain told me it was coming when he was sent to stay in the hospital, yet my heart had hope.  I really wanted to be able to see him again, it will happen one day in Heaven, but not earth. A few weeks before he was hospitalized (hope its spelled right)  I was talking to him on the phone, he was telling me how I used sit on his lap, he'd scratch my back, and I'd beg him to take me to Buddy Freddie's, I love that place, and still would had it not closed down. I have one last memory of going there on my sixth birthday before we moved.  From Florida to Texas, quite a distance by car. Review of When Through Deep Waters

I just finished reviewing this book and I have to say, it was fabulous!! Tyndale House Publishing are the ones who I went through to review it. They  are awesome! Anywho, onto the book! I have never read anything like it before, but I loved it. I was skeptical at first, but it turned out great! There was intrigue, mystery, heartache, and sweet dreams,etc etc. Alicen was a troubled woman who was overcoming a lot of things, and I think that Rachelle Dekker wrote the story well. The words and sentences to me matched up with Life After by Katie Ganshert. Which is a book I love! So good job Rachelle!! The only thing I didn't like about it was that there was too much death. The first death was necessary for the story, but I didn't like the second death.
